Portals Redesign to meet ADA
The search experience was further streamlined with a map feature that uses the user's current GPS location to display surrounding offenders automatically, without requiring any search criteria.

Search criteria were grouped by location first, followed by all other filters, making the work flow more efficient significantly improving overall usability.
Once a search generates a list, an extended view is provided in accordance with an agency's legal requirements for information disclosure.
Users can share this information directly from the detailed view, and "Submit a Tip" option on the offender's page streamlines the reporting process.
User's are given the option to submit tips anonymously, where permitted, in accordance with theagenciy's legal requirements.
Safety Tips and Community Fliers were redesigned using a card based layout and enhanced with filter options for easier browsing.
